Presentation Schedule
The Benefits of a Simulation-Influenced Design Process,” Joe Galliera, Territory Technical Manager SolidWorks Simulation

Joe will discuss the idea of driving better design through Simulation. Reduce prototypes using virtual testing to understand how designs will react in a real environment, improve product quality and speed time to market with new designs or existing design improvements.

"Dealing with Imported Data"
Have you ever received a CAD model from your customers or vendors that you wanted to work with, but just couldn't figure out how to approach it? During this presentation you'll learn the benefits of using a hybrid modeling approach during everyday design work. SolidWorks has included direct modeling functions in the past few releases, and it has quietly become a powerful way of creating and editing parts. This approach utilizes the freedom of doing "what you want" with the model, while keeping a rich feature history. This is clearly a different approach that will rock you to your core.
